Let’s just say boba is not a popular item in Little Rock, Arkansas.
When you search online “best boba in Little Rock, Arkansas” it will give you Yelp’s “10 Best Boba Tea in Little Rock”, which sounds promising. Click the link and you will find 5 places listed, none of which serve boba on the menu though. Dive a little deeper and coffee and tea places will come up in your search, yet none of these places serve boba either.
So this begs the question is there really any boba places in Little Rock to begin with? Though short in boba supply, there are a few hidden boba places that you can satisfy your bubble tea craving.
That is where Talk Boba comes in.
If you are living in the great state of Arkansas or visiting it soon and are curious to find the best boba places in Arkansas. Look no further, we have found where you can satisfy your boba cravings. Each boba drink worth mentioning comes from an Asian style restaurant in the area. Here are the best boba places in Little Rock.
Mr. Chen’s Authentic Chinese Cooking
First on the list is Mr. Chen’s Authentic Chinese Cooking. This restaurant has a wide array of options ranging from dumplings to braised pork to sesame shrimp to lo mein and so on.
But most importantly they have the most extensive boba drink list we’ve seen in the area. Their boba drinks can be served hot or cold and they have many flavors such as classic milk tea, taro milk tea, ginger milk tea, honey green milk tea, and more! And of course, they have different toppings such as your favorite boba, pudding, and jelly.
Many agree that the boba pearls or tapioca pearls here at Mr. Chen’s are actually cooked just right. The amount of chewiness is spot on!
Three-Fold
Second, on the list is Three-Fold located at two different locations one in Downtown Little Rock and the other in Riverdale.
This restaurant serves everything from scratch, which includes dumplings, noodles, and steamed buns that are homemade every day. Yum!
What really caught our attention was that they only have 1 selection of boba flavors. Yes, just one.
Although many reviews suggest that this is really delicious! It’s only 1 boba flavor but they definitely do it the right way compared to most. It’s labeled “dairy-free bubble tea” on their menu if you’re interested.
Regardless of the limited 1 boba flavor, you won’t be disappointed.
Pho Thanh My
Lastly, Pho Thanh My. This is a Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant that serves bubble tea!
They offer many of your classics taro milk tea, matcha milk tea, coconut milk tea, strawberry milk tea, and a few more delicious flavors.
Favorites are definitely the Thai iced milk tea and Vietnamese coffee (cafe sua da).
Overall their boba drinks and coffee have received great reviews and numerous recommendations for the area in Little Rock.
As you can tell, there aren’t many standalone bubble tea or boba shops in Little Rock, so you have to do some digging. You’ll typically find bubble tea in your local Asian restaurants… too bad there isn’t a Kung Fu Tea or Boba Guys close by.
How great would that be?
We hope this helps you a bit in finding boba around Little Rock. If you’re from the area and know of another place that is close by, be sure to let us know! We’ll add the boba place right in this article so that more people can know about it.

There are actually 3 other places that I know of that have great bubble tea just outside of Little Rock: The Hybrid Kitchen in Maumelle, Arkansas; Kawaii Boba House (the best bubble tea in the area with the most choices) in Conway, Arkansas; and Agape Asian Noodles in Conway, Arkansas.
They now have a Kawaii in The Heights district of Little Rock on Fillmore! Additionally, Mr. Hui’s also serves boba as well. Hopefully more to come within the next few years.
Another place for good bubble tea is Pho Huyen in Conway, Arkansas.
